Returns & Exchanges (DIDIM®)

Thank you for shopping with DIDIM®. If you need help with a return or exchange, please review the policy below.

Return Window

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility

For hygiene and product safety, returns are accepted only if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition (no stains, odors, makeup marks, or signs of wear).

Items that have been used, washed, altered, or soiled are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defects, damage, or incorrect items received.

Defective / Wrong Item

If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund, and cover the related shipping cost.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please note: original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
